Belgium's best barber

If you happen to spend a few days at the Belgian coast go see Steve, the best coiffeur ever. Steve has seasonal clients but also people who travel from the other side of the country just to have him do their hair.  Steve is a master who takes care of cutting, coloring, and all the things a coiffeur does.
On the weekends and holidays Steve is helped  by his mother, a gifted artist and jewelry maker.

  2. ha, at first glance I thought the guy had a gun in his hand.... would have been one weird barber :)

  3. Brilliant! He looks very passionate, too. I have recently learned the hard way that there is such thing as a bad haircut and that you simply must hang on to a good barber or hairdresser if you find one.

  4. Perhaps I should take a trip there but I would never be able to afford it! I have been cutting my own hair for the past year and it is beginning to get well out of shape!! Diane

  8. He looks really serious about cutting hair! HA It's really hard to find a good hair cutter...one that will cut it your way! So many will put their own spin on what looks good on you and that doesn't always work out!

  10. Lies en Bets, jullie hebben het goed gezien, ze genieten van hun job.

Petra, the idea of a gun in a barber's hand is rather frightening. I think Steve is a rather peace loving fellow.

Diane, from your new profile picture, it looks like you are doing an excellent job. You should come and offer your services.

Elio, perché no, sarebbe un piacere, penso, per la mama del barbiere !

I am afraid distance is a bit of an obstacle here, Sylvia, considering where you live !

    Absolutely true, Kris.

Emm, I do not know why but your posts always end up in the trash bin. I re-copied as good as I could. i appreciate your comments, like I do everyone's comments!

  16. He is simply the best... I live 150 km from his salon and drive to him for my hair! You can always combine it with a stay at the lovely Belgium coast, but even without that... Go!!!!!!
