Car-iphoneography #2

My first car-iphoneography experiment a few months ago,  shown on http://whatisbelgium.blogspot.be/2012/06/from-antwerp-to-brussels-by-car.html, was fun. I had another try at it. 

All of these are taken in Brussels.

 1: rue du Bailly.

 2: the main cathedral in Brussels (St Michael and St Gudule). 

 3: street art, Monsieur Jean, the strip character of Dupuy and Berberian

 at the corner of rue du Midi.

Street comfort or art?

Some benches have been put there on purpose and are meant to be in a permanent spot, like the first one at the coast in Duinbergen. Others are left there accidentally because its owner did not feel like going  through the trouble of taking it to the dump. A clever street artist got his/her hand on it and turned it into something that grabs the attention.
What do you think, I wonder, pro or against this type of street "art"?
