Bellissimi scatti. Ciao, un abbraccio. Antonella
Yes, I do agree, they do indeed say a lot about these times! You've captured that "look" perfectly, Anni, and it is sad statement about our world today! Hope you have a good weekend!
as I told Frans, look at the great example of the Sartorialist who constantly takes and publishes people shots.. it is not always easy but I enjoy and I think that the spontaneity is gone once you ask and the time spirit is gone with it also.. If someone asks not to be photographed or not to have their picture published, I oblige, of couse !
Groetjes Dietmut
Thanks, Judith .. I liked the way that the passenger looked, reason why I took a picture.. I think he is not Belgian, but then I really have no idea. It is true that he looks time-less
I used to take pictures of people on means of public transport. Maily because I totally relied on public transport for about 6 months in my little life. When you are travelling about all the time and spending time waiting in stations, you feel the need to enjoy time by taking pictures when you are a photographer.

ReplyDeleteTja, Anni, ...
ReplyDeleteI usually don't dare to take pictures of people on the tram, or anywhere really! But I agree, these are a snapshot of a moment in time.
