"An artist's studio should be a small space because small rooms discipline the mind and large ones distract it", is what Leonardo da Vinci used to say.
Els Hattink's studio is perfect in every sense of the word. I enjoyed my visit last week so much, I could easily have overstayed my welcome. Els' atelier is not far from Brussels, located in an old tastefully renovated farm. It was fun to see the artist in action and find so much beauty gathered in one place.
I have mentioned Els before, last time at the occasion of her exhibition 'Fresco's from then and now' in Tervuren.place.
If you are interested in Els'work, you can visit her website and contact the artist personally.
