Can the bike replace the car in Brussels?

After the installation of the car-free zone in Brussels' center last Monday, visitors and residents alike are looking for alternatives.

    I love to bike but I only bike in parks as the car drivers here in Miami are crazy and I'm afraid of getting run over! Great photos!

    Une ville difficile pour le vélo (circulation, pavés, pentes...)
    Gent est un must pour ce déplacer en bicyclette...

    Probably not, buy it would be nice if more people used the bike and not always a car.
