Resolution one for 2012


I was sorry that I only had my phone with me to capture this colorful group celebrating the beginning of a new year. One man wore the Belgian colors and a representative of Wallonia was dressed as a Walloon rooster.  
Resolution for the new year: never leave home without a camera.

    I love Belgium. I lived in The Netherlands for a few yrs back in the late 70's and Brugge, Belgium was at the top of my destination list!

    That is a good but very difficult resolution. When I go to a restaunrant or on a trip, I have always my camera with me. But I don't take it on normal occasion like shopping, work, ...

    That sounds like a realistic resolution.
    I see everyone is drinking wine - is that the drink of choice to welcome in the New Year, or is it very varied? Here of course it's traditionally whisky, but I prefer champagne (or 'fizzy wine'!).

    I like that resolution! I often take my camera, then don't take it out. I need to get over worrying that people will wonder why I'm taking pictures.
